20 miles today on Mag Road.  I woke up this morning feeling really weak but I had a strong workout at ATC.

I got home and immediately headed out for a strong 20 miler in 3:04 on the hilly Mag Road, the last 10 of which were in the rain.  I felt very focused and had good turnover.  I was hurrying too much to get back for Renee’s gymnastics camp end of week show to get any good footage other than this.
