Yesterday Kim and I ran around 20 miles in one of my favorite places in all of Colorado, a place chalk full of aspen meadows, wildflowers, and a network of very runnable trails, Golden Gate Canyon State Park.   We ran out of water for the last 5 miles, underestimating the heat but dipping our legs in cold water creeks and ponds kept us cool enough to finish.
