John Wright's running blog, mostly about trail running and racing in the Colorado mountains. My purpose is to capture the joy of running in the mountains, especially for those who never experienced it, with a healthy portion of video and pictures from my IPhone (now 4G with HD video!). I also cover what I am learning about running, the running community, and the places I run. I also do a crossfit like workout at a gym in Boulder called The Alpine Training Center. And I just took up mountain biking.

Imogene Tomorrow!

I am in Gunnison heading to Ouray for my third running of Imogene. A is anything under 3:00 to 3:10. B is 3:10-3:20. Race report next week.
